There are no registered legislative proposals in the Parliament on amendments to the Constitution. The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak said this, answering journalists’ questions during the briefing on Monday.
“There should be the law. It should be considered by experts and the committee. At present, there is nothing like that,” he said.
Volodymyr Rybak noted that in case there are the respective legislative initiatives, they should be considered by the Special Temporary Commission, which should be established after taking the decision on its personal composition.
